We are seeking to recruit for the legal department a
Corporate Paralegal.
The successful candidate will:
Have achieved (or be on course to achieve) an Upper Second Class undergraduate degree in Law; From a UK University
Take an active role in providing strategic corporate legal advice;
Ensure the provision of support and advice to Management on all legal aspects generated by the business;
Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements and related documentation.
