Our client a Financial and Fiduciary Services Company, based in Limassol is seeking to recruit an experienced

Russian Speaking Corporate Administrator

The company’s main activities are

  • Advice on optimal tax structures
  • Effective provision of company administration and accounting
  • Trust, fiduciary and other related services
  • Portfolio Management
  • Brokerage and Custodian

Responsibilities

Be part of the Corporate Services department team

Have direct communication with clients from various countries .

Participate in client meetings

Dealing with EU cross border merger, drafting of Trust Deed and handling important client transactions

Execution of daily tasks such as incorporating companies, setting up client bank accounts in Cyprus and other jurisdictions, preparing resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders meetings, assisting with changes in the Company’s Memorandum and Articles, preparing and submitting of Annual Returns, preparing Powers of Attorney, and drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements

Liaising with law firms in Cyprus and abroad regarding client transactions, reorganisations, obtaining legal opinions etc

Qualifications

European Passport Holder

University Degree with a minimum 2.1

Minimum one years’ experience in a similar position, with sufficient exposure in all areas addressed above (knowledge of Cyprus tax will be considered strong advantage)

Experience with Cyprus IBCs an advantage

Good knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law

Excellent knowledge of the English and Russian languages is essential

Exceptional organisations skills will be required in order to excel in this position
