Recruiting staff through JobsCyprus has been made as easy as possible for you. Registration for employers is FREE. We will only charge you the full placement fee 30 days after your preferred candidate has started working for you.

The process has three simple steps:

1. After you register with us, we will send you a simple job description questionnaire together with our fee structure and terms of business. Once you have filled in the job questionnaire with your specific requirements and returned it to us, we will start working for you immediately. Using our extensive database of job seekers, we will match those candidates who are most likely to be able to do the job that you want them to do

2. At this point we will send you details of each candidate we have selected on your behalf for you to review. Details will include up-to-date CV’s and photographs. We will follow this up with a telephone call so that we can discuss your preferred applicants in more detail and agree a shortlist with you

3. Using your shortlist of potential employees, we will then contact each candidate and discuss the job you have available, with them. As part of this process we will ensure that:

• full references are available from past employers demonstrating relevant experience
• all candidates speak fluent English and / or any other language required by you
• all candidates recommended are EU nationals

We ensure that each candidate is vetted as thoroughly as possible so as to confirm that they meet your criteria and are able to do the relevant job. We also ensure that they fully understand their salary, tips, benefits and your expectations of them. In order to make the employment of your chosen applicant as easy as possible, we will assist all candidates in finding affordable and convenient accommodation (if you do not provide it) so they can start working for you immediately and without any delay.
