Cyprus boasts 330 days of sunshine a year. It is a modern European country with a mix of ancient enchantment, beautiful beaches and dramatic mountain landscapes. Although the mother tongue is Greek everybody speaks English and business is often conducted in English.

Cyprus is the hottest and driest island in the Mediterranean, benefiting from more sunshine than any other resort. The island enjoys an intense Mediterranean climate with long, warm and dry summers from mid May to mid October.
The winters are extremely mild with occasional rain between December to February, however even during this period there will be on average 6 hours of sunshine.
Between January and February, Cyprus sees a brief spell of snow high up on the Troodos mountains.
The rainy season is from November to March, with most of the rain falling between December and February.
Spring is probably the nicest time on the island with temperatures ranging between 23 – 27ºC.
Nicosia
Nicosia is the capital and by far the biggest city on the Island. Nicosia is located inland but still only a 40 minute drive to the beach. It has a lively cultural scene in the winter months as well as a buzzing nightlife all year round.
Limassol
Located on the south coast, Limassol is the islands largest seaside resort. The towns central location between the east and west coasts makes it an ideal location for sightseeing. Limassol operates as an all year resort with a fantastic collection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Paphos
Paphos is located on the west coast of the island. Paphos focuses on a picturesque harbour surrounded by fish restaurants and cafés. This is a very popular tourist destination with some great beaches. Within the area are located some of the best archaeological and historical sights of Cyprus.
Larnaca
Larnaca is a significant tourist and commercial centre located on the South West coast. It is, the oldest City of Cyprus. It has wonderful beaches and a thriving tourist industry. On the seafront there are numerous bars and restaurants. The city is located very near the main airport. There are excellent motorway links to Nicosia, Limassol and Ayia Napa. All are between 30 – 40 minutes drive away.
Ayia Napa
Known as the party capital of Cyprus, Ayia Napa is located in the southeast corner of the island. The town is bustling with bars and clubs. Located within the area are also some of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus.
Protaras
Located 10 minutes away from Ayia Napa however this is a much calmer town. The town boasts one of the best beaches in Cyprus – Fig Tree Bay which stretches for over 10 miles of golden sandy beach. A popular holiday resort with a large variety of cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants.
Latchi
A small town located on the north west coast. This is a pretty town with a beautiful harbour lined with a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes. A very popular and extremely busy resort in the spring and summer months.
Polis Chrysohus
Polis counts itself as being one of the most scenic locations on the Island. A small town only 10 minutes away from Latchi. The town operates 12 months of the year. Surrounded by beautiful beaches, a nearby golf course and a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes.
