We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join a family office in Limassol and support several Cyprus companies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for several Cyprus companies

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and corporate documents

• Handle banking and compliance related matters

• Liaise with registrars, banks, auditors, and public authorities

• Support day-to-day legal and operational matters of the business

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of legal experience in Cyprus

• Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate and contract law

• Practical experience supporting Cyprus companies

• Russian and English are required

• Greek will be considered an advantage

• Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and confidentiality

Format:

• Limassol

• Full-time

• Monday to Friday, approximately 09:00–17:00

• Compensation to be discussed after the interview process
