Our client an International Trust Company based In Nicosia is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Administrator.
Handling a portfolio of clients on a daily basis and dealing with all their corporate administration affairs.
Formation of Cypriot and offshore entities.
Preparing resolutions, minutes and other documentation as required.
Preparing and filing documents at the Registrar of companies.
Time and billing. Co-ordinating the issue and collection of invoices.
Fluent in Greek and English however Russian would be an added advantage.
At least 3 years’ experience in Corporate Administration Preferably with a Cyprus/UK legal background.
Strong IT skills (very good knowledge of MS Office) Knowledge of Quorum is an advantage
