Job Description

The relevant person will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all legal affairs of the group, including but not limited to:

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements and other legal documents.
Daily review of ongoing transactions and cases.
Reporting directly to and giving proper advice and guidance to the senior management.
To ensure that all companies within the group adhere to their constitutions and by-laws and the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdictions.
Coordinating and liaising with agents, service providers and external legal advisors in multiple jurisdictions.
Handling all procedures relating to the Board and General meetings for the group’s Cyprus based companies, from the preparation of all necessary documents to attending the meetings and taking/drafting of minutes.
Liaising with other departments within the group and working directly with other managers.
To ensure that organizational legal matters are managed properly, efficiently.
Act as authorized person to receive notice on behalf of the Cyprus based companies in the Registrar of Companies.
