The Recruitment Process


At each stage of the Employment process we work very closely with our clients in order to fully understand your requirements and expectations from potential candidates, this way we will not waste your valuable time with candidates who do not meet your expectations.

We prefer to arrange a short meeting, at your convenience, in order to fully understand the job description and also your preferences regarding qualifications, experience and any other matters you wish to brief us on. Alternatively if you prefer we can also discuss matters by telephone and or e mail. We will accommodate the client in any way that is convenient to you.

Once we have all the relevant information, we then set about searching for ideal candidates. We will advertise your position both on our website and also various proven websites and select media which we feel are suitable for the position.

When we have made contact with suitable candidates we will then conduct our own interview with the candidate either face to face or by telephone to determine their suitability for the position. Once we are confident, we will then forward the CVs for your consideration.

Upon your comments, we will then arrange interviews on your behalf.


All CVs received by JobsCyprus are kept on our database. If you are sending your CV on a speculative basis, we will acknowledge receipt and search for a suitable vacancy. If you are applying for a specific job advertised by JobsCyprus, we will consider your application, then contact you accordingly.

You are guaranteed that at no time will we contact your existing employer or indeed forward your CV to an employer, without first receiving your agreement.

Once an employer requests an interview we will then call you to discuss the vacancy and arrange the interview on behalf of you and the employer.
