Accounting Assistant

Our client a beverage distributor are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Accounting Assistant for their offices in Limassol.

The successful candidate should have no more than a couple of years previous experience

Job Description

  • Handling the procedure of creating new customers in the system and updating existing
  • Keeping the customers’ records up to date
  • Handling customer agreements and credits
  • Issuing monthly statements to customers
  • Handling collections and making reconciliations in customer accounts
  • Issuing credit/debit invoices to customers
  • Filing and other administrative duties

Required Skills & Experience

  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field or LCCI
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Excellent and proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Able to work independent and within a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Orderly and organized
  • Accuracy and meticulousness
  • Experience working with SAP will be considered as an advantage

Remuneration & Benefits

 On offer is a salary in the region of €1,300.00 – €1,400.00 Gross per month x 13 salaries
