Our client a beverage distributor are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Accounting Assistant for their offices in Limassol.
The successful candidate should have no more than a couple of years previous experience
Job Description
- Handling the procedure of creating new customers in the system and updating existing
- Keeping the customers’ records up to date
- Handling customer agreements and credits
- Issuing monthly statements to customers
- Handling collections and making reconciliations in customer accounts
- Issuing credit/debit invoices to customers
- Filing and other administrative duties
Required Skills & Experience
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field or LCCI
- Proficiency in English language
- Excellent and proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Able to work independent and within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Orderly and organized
- Accuracy and meticulousness
- Experience working with SAP will be considered as an advantage
Remuneration & Benefits
On offer is a salary in the region of €1,300.00 – €1,400.00 Gross per month x 13 salaries
