Financial Manager

Our client a very well established beverages company based in Limassol are seeking to  recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Financial Manager.

Job Description

The main responsibilities, among others, include:

  • Managing the Accounts Department and ensuring that all direct and indirect tax obligations are met
  • Closing the Company’s monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Preparation of salary report and deductions statement
  • Preparation of cash flow report
  • Reporting to Management and the Parent Company
  • Bank reconciliation and contacting banks
  • Credit Control
  • Credit Management, customer charging and securities
  • Control of customer agreements
  • Approving and setting up the opening of customers and suppliers
  • Arranging department meetings
  • Professional and administrative responsibility for the Accounts Department

Required Skills & Experience

  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field
  • Member of a Professional Accounting Body (ACA, ACCA) or working towards to gain the qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Excellent and proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Able to work independent and within a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Decision making
  • Experience working with SAP will be considered as an advantage
