Our client is a Russian owned Real Estate Company with offices on the seafront in Limassol.
We are seeking to employ on their behalf a Russian and English assistant administrator
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a financially related degree
Job Description
- Enter payments on internet banking
- Control the payment process (collecting all approvals from relevant persons and control on time payments)
- Arranging execution of documents
- Communication with internal and external legal departments re documents which should be executed
- Preparation of internal memo and instruction letters (Russian and English language)
- General office duties
Required Skills & Experience
- Educated to degree level (preferably in math or finance/accounting)
- Preferably just graduated.
- Fluency in Russian & English (Written & Spoken) is essential.
- Excellent team player with strong attention to detail.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Working Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Salary €15,500 – €18,000 Gross based on skills and experience
