Our client a boutique firm of lawyers based in Limassol are seeking to recruit, a Russian speaking PA/Secretary.

Job Description

•Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients

•Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

• Handle requests and queries appropriately

• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

• Make travel arrangements

• Take dictation and minutes

•Source office supplies

•Produce reports, presentations and briefs

•Devise and maintain office filing system

•Translation of documents

Required Skills & Experience

•University/College Degree

•Organised, efficient and reliable

•Experienced at taking minutes, organising meetings and diary management.

•Computer literate

•Russian and English & Greek Language knowledge

•Maintaining confidentiality

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Competitive salary including 13th salary
  • Working Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
