On behalf of our client, a private investment company in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator who has around 2 years working experience in a similar role.

Job Description

  • Preparation of legal documents regarding the incorporation of companies
  • Communication with the Registrar of Companies, lawyers and other institutions on a daily basis
  • Responsible for the incorporated company’s secretarial duties such as preparation of minutes, resolutions, POAs  and director’s reports
  • Preparation of all relevant documentation necessary for the opening of companies’ bank accounts
  • Communication with clients on a daily basis in order to accommodate their legal administration needs

 Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in Greek & English
  • Experience: 2 – 3 years , working experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Quorum will be considered as an advantage

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary €1,500 NET per month x 12 salaries
  • Medical Insurance
