On behalf of our client, a private investment company in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a

Russian speaking Corporate Administrator

The successful applicant must hold EU residency as a work permit is not available for this position

 Required Qualifications:

Fluent in Russian, Greek and English Language

Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Knowledge of Quorum will be considered as an advantage

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of legal documents regarding the incorporation of companies
  • Communication with the Registrar of Companies, lawyers and other institutions on a daily basis
  • Responsible for the incorporated company’s secretarial duties such as preparation of minutes, resolutions, POAs  and director’s reports
  • Preparation of all relevant documentation necessary for the opening of companies’ bank accounts
  • Communication with clients on a daily basis in order to accommodate their legal administration needs
  • Experience: 2 years plus, working experience in a similar position
