Customer Service/Adminstrative Associate

Our client based in Limassol is an established Freight Forwarding company. They are seeking to hire a Customer Service Associate to join their team.

Job Description

  • Organizing import shipments and documents
  • Tracking and communicating shipments status to customers
  • Answering telephones
  • Contacting trading companies by telephone and email for promoting and informing about our company services

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
  • Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and able to make outbound calls to customers.
  • Pleasant personality.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Working Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm
