They are seeking to recruit a young, smart and proactive Customer Engagement Associate who cares about customers’ experiences and communicates with them on a regular basis to help them meet their needs
- The position is working from home based on an evening only shift basis, as follows.
- Monday – Friday 7.00pm – 3.00am
Job Description
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, chat and ticketing system
- Introduce Company’s product to preselected Customers
- Present briefly products unique quality and aesthetics
- Act both following up the reception of the products but also upon order placement when needed
- Be able to independently address support cases regarding core functionalities, common “how-to” questions and known issues related to the company products
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
- Taking ownership of the customer experience
- Talking to people and proactively solving issues, converting customers into passionate brand ambassadors
Required Skills & Experience
- Native English-American speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- +2 years of Customer Service/Tele-Sales experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal and writing skills
- Be able to work at night
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Be able to work well autonomously and take initiatives
- Comfortable managing competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
- Patient and empathetic
