Customers Engagement Associate – Native English Speaker (Work from Home)

They are seeking to recruit a young, smart and proactive Customer Engagement Associate who cares about customers’ experiences and communicates with them on a regular basis to help them meet their needs

  • The position is working from home based on an evening only shift basis, as follows.
  • Monday – Friday 7.00pm – 3.00am

Job Description

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, chat and ticketing system
  • Introduce Company’s product to preselected Customers
  • Present briefly products unique quality and aesthetics
  • Act both following up the reception of the products but also upon order placement when needed
  • Be able to independently address support cases regarding core functionalities, common “how-to” questions and known issues related to the company products
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
  • Taking ownership of the customer experience
  • Talking to people and proactively solving issues, converting customers into passionate brand ambassadors

Required Skills & Experience

  • Native English-American speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • +2 years of Customer Service/Tele-Sales experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Be able to work at night
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Be able to work well autonomously and take initiatives
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Patient and empathetic


  • Base salary €1,400.00 NET per month
