Chinese Speaking Back Office Officer

Our client an established Financial Investment company whose offices are based in Nicosia are seeking to recruit a Chinese speaking Back Office Officer.

Job Description

  • Dealing with client account requests such as change of account type, account currency, leverage
  • Responding to client requests and inquiries via email
  • Validating documentation provided by clients
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, refunds and chargebacks

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in a business-related field is considered an advantage
  • Experience in a similar position will be a plus
  • Native Chinese speaker with good oral and written skills in English
  • Efficient and detail oriented
  • Computer and numerically literate
