Customer Service Associate

Our client is seeking to recruit Customer Service Associates for their offices in Larnaca.

The role involves working on a 3 weekly rota

Monday – Friday

  • 7.30am – 4.00pm
  • 3.30pm – 12.00 (Midnight)
  • 12.00 (Midnight) – 7.30am

Job Description

  • Dealing with customers’ inquiries by telephone
  • Assisting clients with queries and questions
  • Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
  • Promoting available products and services to clients
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
  • Be confident when speaking to clients via Telephone

Required Skills & Experience

  • Larnaca resident
  • Fluency in English and another language would be an advantage
  • Available to work shifts and bank holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent computer literacy

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic gross salary of €1,100.00 per month + Bonus based on company performance
