Our client is seeking to recruit Customer Service Associates for their offices in Larnaca.
The role involves working on a 3 weekly rota
Monday – Friday
- 7.30am – 4.00pm
- 3.30pm – 12.00 (Midnight)
- 12.00 (Midnight) – 7.30am
Job Description
- Dealing with customers’ inquiries by telephone
- Assisting clients with queries and questions
- Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
- Promoting available products and services to clients
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
- Be confident when speaking to clients via Telephone
Required Skills & Experience
- Larnaca resident
- Fluency in English and another language would be an advantage
- Available to work shifts and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent computer literacy
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic gross salary of €1,100.00 per month + Bonus based on company performance
