Our client is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie, to work within their Taverna which is located in a Luxury 5* Resort Hotel on the outskirts of Paphos.
The position is long term (12 months a year) and not seasonal.

Job Description
- Preparing, cooking and presenting various dishes
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Assisting the team to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow HACCP regulations
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with Greek / Mediterranean cuisine
- EU National
