Our client a leading hotel operator is seeking to recruit a talented professional for the position of
To ensure the hotel Kitchen is providing food in highest possible quality within budgeted cost, maintaining guests satisfaction, and a high standard of services to all the guests in accordance with the hotel standard;
To prepare menus, according to costing and catering policies.
Recruiting within the payroll cost policy, training of staff in conjunction with the Hotel General Manager and the Food and Beverage Manager.
Purchase in a high quality standard, aware of the cost pricing of various items on a daily basis.
Concerned with the plant and equipment of his kitchen as well as the hygiene, the quality, HACCP, health and safety standards laid out by the management of the hotel.
Required Skills & Experience
At least five years of experience in a similar position in a 4 – 5 star Hotels
Culinary School Graduate
Strong command of the Greek and English Language (verbal and written)
Computer literate(Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with and manage a team
Strong organizational and leadership skills
