Our client is a global Marketing & Technology company employing over 1,500 employees across a number of offices around the world, including their Limassol offices.
We are hiring for a young energetic recruiter to join our clients team.
- Assist with the recruitment projects of the firm locally.
- Assist with job descriptions drafting and person specifications
- Ensure recruitment and selection procedures are in place and applied
- Source and recruitcandidates
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in HR, Marketing or in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in the recruitment of IT/Software engineers.
- Fluent in English, plus other languages an advantage
- 2-3 years solid recruitment experience
- Resourceful, dynamic, energetic self-motivated, self-resilient.
- Should have strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
