Our client is a leading Financial Services provider based in Limassol. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition officer to join the HR team.
Fluency in English plus Russian language would be an added advantage
Job Description
- Coordinates the management team in order to conduct workforce planning
- Conducts job analyses
- Actively participates and ensures implementation of the attraction, recruitment, selection & induction process
- Designs the relevant assessment tools and interview guides for each position and ensures that management is aware and trained to administer them
- Coordinates with Marketing on media plans for recruitment campaigns and employer branding
- Attends career fairs
- Maintains a network of strategic partners (recruitment agencies, professional associations, academic institutions etc) for sourcing candidates
- Handles all legal and employment relations issues
- Conducts exit interviews
RequiredSkills & Experience
- University Degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 2-year working experience in recruitment and selection
- Excellent command of the English language. Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- People-oriented and results-driven
