Our client in a multinational and very well established Financial Services provider headquartered in Limassol
You will join a team who deal with cutting-edge technologies every day and strive to utilize cloud services to the maximum limit.
You will be taking part in Solution and Architectural designs as well as introducing and proposing new technologies through well tested Proof-of-Concepts.
This will be not only on AWS but also on other cloud providers. Additionally, you will participate in defining policies and procedures regarding Cloud Adoption Roadmaps, documentation, guidance and training, and then driving those same methods from conception to completion.
Job Description
- Participate in proposals for cloud designs & architectures
- Research and introduce new technologies/solutions
- Implement Proof of Concepts
- Participate in defining policies & procedures (cloud adoption, write documentations & guides)
- Help to organize and provide internal workshops and training
Required Skills & Experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position or possession of AWS Associate Solutions Architect certification
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ideally Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic etc)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong team player
Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage
- Experience in working with Linux systems
- Understanding of Database systems
- Scripting/coding skills (mainly for Lambdas with Python, NodeJS etc)
- SysOps skills (understanding of networking & security principles)
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
