Our client a multinational company are seeking to employ a Junior IT Administrator to join their team

The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a high demand working environment, possess a positive attitude and a keen desire to explore new technologies.

Job Description

  • Provide first Level Support to users within the company
  • Install, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software and Peripherals
  • Install and Configure and troubleshoot software and OS such as Windows , Microsoft Office and any other necessary applications
  • Assist users with several equipment, software, and network connections.
  • Work with System Admin for the support of network infrastructure
  • Maintain and configure shared network printers
  • Create users to several Systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Etc.
  • Develop skills through training and knowledge transfer
  • Provide Workstation Support
  • Installation and configuration of software
  • Install IT security tools
  • Occasional telephony and VOIP and PBX support
  • Network management
  • Mobile telephony
  • Basic knowledge on active Directory/group policies
  • WLAN/Guest Wi-Fi
  • Adding users on Microsoft Exchange Server

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should have 2 – 3 years working experience in a similar role.

  • Working Experience on Windows Operating Systems and Troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Technical knowledge on Office Outlook and basic mailing systems
  • Basic technical knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, basic understanding of VoIP
  • Basic Knowledge on networking .Subnet Lan,Vlan,Wan,Wifi
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the operating systems Windows Server and Windows 10
  • Able to speak English to a good standard
