Senior Systems Administrator

Our client a leading and very well established Financial Services provider are seeking to recruit an experienced Systems Administrator to join their team.

Job Description

  • Provide SAP systems support, administration, monitoring
  • Supervise and collaborate with all outsource companies in direct relation to the SAP platforms, systems and software
  • System Center Suite (SCCM, SCOM) DDPS is a plus
  • Virtualization (VMWare, Vcenter, VirtualBox, Hyperv)
  • Cloud Services Management
  • Microsoft Windows Servers Infrastructure (AD, DHCP, DFS, DNS, Certificate Authority) Deep Understanding & Troubleshooting
  • Application Packaging and Deployment
  • Managing SAN / NAS Storage (Synology, EMC)

Required Skills & Experience

  • BSc/MSc in Information Technology or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Experience in Group Policy design and configuration is a must
  • Administrative knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and MySQL
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent project and people management skills
  • Proactive and efficient with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
