Technical Support Developer

Our client is a global Marketing & Technology company employing over 1,500 employees across a number of offices around the world.

We are seeking to recruit technical Support Developers for their Limassol office.

Working on an 8 hour rotational shift basis, between 7.00am – 9.00pm

Job Description

  • Provide level 1 support to clients
  • Escalate issues to level 2 if necessary
  • Follow up on tickets until resolution and inform the Client
  • Personalized attention to clients and quick response to their needs

Required Skills & Experience

  • Jr. Backend Developers
  • Basic MYSQL knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript
  • Basic PHP knowledge
  • English – Oral and written
  • Working on an 8 hour rotational shift basis, between 7.00am – 9.00pm
