Our client is a financial services company. We are seeking to recruit an experienced digital marketing executive to join their team

Job Description

  • Providing support to the growth team in the management of PPC, paid social and programmatic marketing channels across the region to hit monthly performance goals
  • Providing support with regular reporting and run in-depth analysis of marketing programs to identify optimization potential
  • Managing and driving multiple digital marketing projects and delivering effective results
  • Performing analysis of web trends, site conversion rates and ad campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Running and taking end-to-end ownership of digital marketing channels for your specific market
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to determine actionable performance optimizations of marketing campaigns
  • Performing data analysis to identify business development opportunities and cost efficiencies
  • Analysing marketing and business metrics and providing ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns
  • Providing user demographics, behaviour data and analysis for market segmentation and product evaluation
  • Undertaking any additional tasks to meet the needs of the Marketing Analysis team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in marketing or any other related field
  • 2-3 years’ digital marketing experience in managing large scale search and paid social accounts with a strong focus on geo-targeting
  • Experience in running multi-language performance campaigns
  • Proven SEM knowledge of Google AdWords and/or Bing Ads – certification will be a plus
  • Strong proficiency of LinkedIn ads manager and Facebook Power Editor
  • Experience in running performance driven awareness campaign cross Paid Social, YouTube and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM)
  • A good understanding of tracking tools/techniques such as UTM parameters, cookies and DoubleClick is desirable
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of web analytics methodologies with an understanding of conversion funnels, optimization techniques, and bid management
  • Experience in SEO will be considered a plus
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint to aid internal reporting
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities and to research performance issues and formulate tangible solutions
  • Flexible attitude, appreciation for the competitive landscape constantly evolving, and ability to adapt approach accordingly
