Reception / Admin Assistant

Our client in Nicosia Engomi is seeking to recruit an outgoing individual to join their team.

The role will incorporate managing the front reception of a small office team together with some administrative duties.

Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls
  • Arranging couriers
  • Greeting guests
  • Filing
  • Handling incoming & outgoing mail
  • Administrative support for the team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in Greek & English
  • Outgoing personality
  • Well groomed
  • Computer literate

Remuneration & Working Terms

  • Gross salary €900.00 per month
  • Working Monday – Friday with an early finish on Friday afternoons.
