Assistant Restaurant Manager

Our client is seeking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their stylish restaurant wine/bar in the heart of Larnaca.

Job Description

  • To develop, train and mentor a small team of restaurant and bar waiting staff ensuring a strong, positive team culture
  • To set and ensure consistent delivery of a standard of service that exceeds expectation
  • Create a memorable experience for all customers
  • To understand importance of revenues, costs & impacts on profits
  • Deputise for restaurant manager in absence
  • Team management, training and mentoring of staff
  • Duty management
  • Developing service delivery strategy in line with brand standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of food and beverage management in a quality operation
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Flair for service and a passion for quality and excellence
  • Knowledge of world wines is an advantage

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Working 6 days a week total 48 hours
  • Salary €1,200 – €1,400 Gross per month based on previous experience
