Our client is seeking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their stylish restaurant wine/bar in the heart of Larnaca.
Job Description
- To develop, train and mentor a small team of restaurant and bar waiting staff ensuring a strong, positive team culture
- To set and ensure consistent delivery of a standard of service that exceeds expectation
- Create a memorable experience for all customers
- To understand importance of revenues, costs & impacts on profits
- Deputise for restaurant manager in absence
- Team management, training and mentoring of staff
- Duty management
- Developing service delivery strategy in line with brand standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of food and beverage management in a quality operation
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Flair for service and a passion for quality and excellence
- Knowledge of world wines is an advantage
Remuneration & Benefits
- Working 6 days a week total 48 hours
- Salary €1,200 – €1,400 Gross per month based on previous experience
