Sous Chef

We are seeking to recruit a Sous Chef for our clients Brasserie style restaurant in the heart of Nicosia.

The ideal candidate should have good relevant experience in a similar role with attention to detail in producing high quality dishes.

The restaurant will operate from the hours of 9.30am – 5.30pm with one late night to 10.00pm mid-week. The hours may be increased later in the year and a shift system will be implemented

Salary & Terms.

Working 6 days a week over a 7 day rota

Salary in the region of €1,200.00 per month
