Our client a very well established beverages company based in Larnaca, they are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Senior Brand Manager for their offices.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in the FMCG sector and around 2 years’ experience as a Senior Brand Manager in either in food or beverages.
Job Description
- Constant motivation of the brand in order to create demand and influence the brand image
- In-depth familiarity of the market and the competitive arena and regular follow up of the brand behavior
- Good understanding of the fund performance at sales level and formulating marketing solutions which will influence the sales
- Good familiarity with the brands’ value chain
- Operating and performance management of the marketability of the brands’ products according to the annual plan
- Managing the brands’ budget
- Upkeeping regularly abreast of the ongoing innovations in the marketing world, and internalising them in the work programs
- Managing overseas interfaces (owners of the brand/partners)
- Structuring an annual working program for the brands
- Site visits to get to know the customers and the market for checking availability of the products and control of the implementation of marketing processes
- Formulating marketing solutions to the challenges created in the competition arena
- Managing the ongoing advertising operations including: ATL, BTO, product production, follow up of performance as required and control over the activity
- Management and follow up of the sales promotion activity array:
- Events: producing the event from beginning to end
- Tasting stands at points of sale: initiating the activity, managing the stewards’ activity at the points of sale, exercising control over the stewards’ work, monitoring the availability of the products been tested
- Reporting to the brand owners/partners at a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual level
- Preparing, responsibility and escorting visits of the brand owners
Required Skills & Experience
- University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience within the industry will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in Greek and English language
- In-depth understanding of Marketing Strategies
- Broad-based system approach – short-and long-term planning ability
- Service oriented and good interpersonal relationship

- Base Gross salary in the region of €32,000, including 13th salary
