Front Desk Secretary/Office Manager

Our clients are an established firm of Corporate Administrators, with offices based in Nicosia.

We are seeking a bright, smart and outgoing individual to take this challenging and very busy role.

Excellent English speaking as well as Greek language are required

Job Description

  • Handling office reception, including but not limited to answering the phone calls, registering and distributing incoming correspondence, sorting out mail, making copies, scanning, preparing envelopes and dispatching documents via local and international courier services, recording outgoing correspondence etc.;
  • Filing;
  • Replenishing office stationery supplies;
  • Preparing board room for the meetings, greeting clients, assisting during the meetings;
  • Submitting documents to and obtaining from local authorities (Registrar, IR),
  • Any other administrative work that may be delegated to the Employee.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluency in Greek & English, reading, writing & speaking. The majority of the time English will be the main business language
  • Outgoing personality and confident persona
  • Willing to work hard to achieve daily targets and goals

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary €17,000 – €21,000 based on experience and qualifications including 13th salary,
  • 21 days of Annual leave,
  • 5 days of Sick Leave,
  • Medical Insurance,
  • Parking Allowance

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1 hour break
