Office Administrator

Our client a technology company based on the outskirts of Nicosia is seeking to employe an Office Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate should have 2 – 4 years relevant working experience.

Job Description

  • Issuing quotations, invoices, receipts, statements. Managing receivables and administrative communications with clients.
  • Issuing purchase orders. Managing payables and administrative communications with vendors.
  • Supporting bookkeeping operations.
  • Supporting the daily operation of the office (collecting post, handling office procurement, offering hospitality to guests, ordering food & coffee for the team, other out-of-office-errands).
  • Offering secretarial support and other assistance to the company Director.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 year relevant experience.
  • A high level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary range between €14,000 – €18,000 Gross, based on skills & experience
