Our client an investment company based in Limassol are seeking to recruit a PA for the treasury department
The position of PA/Treasury consists variable duties, from helping with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. Also, includes report making and payments.
Job Description
• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Arrange mail and courier services, distribute correspondence
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Maintain a record of PA budget and report to Manager
• Receive all income monies and deposits according to procedures
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Receives all monthly bank statements of PA account and oversees all payment of disbursements peti cash
• Devise and maintain office filing system
• Administrate office needs
• Provide and arrange office supplies
• Fill in questionnaires and prepare documents as requested
• Serve guests in the office, offer tea or coffee
• Assist to the maintenance of the database of the Company
• Translation of documents from Russian to English or English to Russian
Required Skills & Experience
•University/College Degree
•Organised, efficient and reliable
•Experienced at taking minutes, organising meetings and diary management.
•Computer literate
•Russian and English Language knowledge
•Maintaining confidentiality
•Greek Language knowledge will be considered an advantage
• Previous relevant experience
Remuneration & Benefits
- Working Monday – Friday (40 hour week)
- 13th salary
